Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are software subscriptions to the B2BLead workspace (search tools, AI account validation, CRM, and outreach features), billed in USD as shown on Pricing. Credit packs are one-time purchases of platform processing credits used inside the product. We do not sell static email lists or downloadable contact databases.

• A Free plan is available without a card so you can evaluate the product.
• Where a free trial or promotional period is offered, it will be disclosed at signup or checkout.
• Free usage is limited as shown in the product; unused free allowances do not convert to cash.

• Paid individual and company seat plans renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled.
• Prices and included credits/features are those displayed at checkout and on Pricing at the time of purchase.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and payment provider.

You may cancel a paid subscription so it does not renew for the next period. Cancel via your account billing controls when available, or by emailing support@b2blead.app from the email on your account before the next renewal date. After cancellation you typically keep access until the end of the paid period already charged.

• Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.
• If a charge was made in error (duplicate payment, wrong plan activated by us), contact support promptly and we will review.
• Unused platform credits from a paid period or credit pack are not redeemable for cash.
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.

One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable after purchase except where required by law or where we confirm a processing error. Credits apply only inside B2BLead for metered features such as AI validation and contact enrichment processing.
