• Upload malware or attempt to breach, scrape beyond authorized use, or overload our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a managed agency product without our written permission.
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Collect or use special-category personal data unlawfully, or target minors.
• Send bulk unsolicited email where prohibited, or use purchased lists in violation of law.
• Misrepresent affiliation with B2BLead or imply we endorse your outreach.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities. Repeated or severe breaches may result in permanent termination without refund where fees apply.
