1. Who we are
B2BLead (“we”, “us”) provides self-serve software at https://b2blead.app for finding leads, enriching contacts, CRM, and sending email from your own mailbox. For privacy requests, email support@b2blead.app.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
- Account data: name, email, password hash (or Google sign-in identifiers), plan and usage limits.
- Product data you create or import: search parameters, saved companies and contacts, CRM records, templates, send logs, and settings (including mailbox/SMTP configuration you provide).
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, and basic analytics events.
- Billing or upgrade data if and when paid plans are offered (payment processors handle card details; we do not store full card numbers).
Lead and company information you search or save may include publicly available business data (websites, phones, emails, LinkedIn URLs). You are responsible for using that data lawfully in your outreach.
3. How we use data
- Provide and improve the Service (search, enrichment, CRM, outreach, support).
- Authenticate you, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
- Communicate about the Service (security notices, product updates, support replies).
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your CRM or mailbox credentials to send marketing on our behalf.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — security, product improvement, analytics that help us run the Service, and preventing abuse (balanced against your rights).
- Consent — only where we separately ask for it (for example marketing emails you opt into). Essential and product cookies are on by default; we do not use a cookie accept banner.
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information by law.
5. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Infrastructure and auth providers (e.g. hosting, databases, Firebase Auth) under contracts.
- Email/delivery or enrichment providers you enable or that power optional features.
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your outbound email is sent using credentials you configure (your inbox / SMTP). Message content is processed to deliver send requests you initiate.
6. Retention and account deletion
We keep account and product data while your account is active. When you submit an account-deletion request in Settings, your account enters a 48-hour cancellation window. If you do not cancel by signing in again within those 48 hours, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted when that window ends. After permanent deletion, the data cannot be recovered. We do not keep deleted accounts for later reactivation.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, session cookies). No method is 100% secure; protect your password and mailbox credentials.
8. International transfers
We may process data in the EU, UK, US, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Your rights and deletion
You can manage your account in Settings, including requesting account deletion. After you submit a deletion request, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted 48 hours later, unless you cancel by signing in again before that time. Permanent deletion is final.
For questions about your account data, contact support@b2blead.app. Deletion requests are handled through the in-product deletion flow described above, not by informal email promises outside that process.
10. Children
The Service is for business users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
