Privacy Policy

B2BLead (“we”, “us”) provides sales productivity software at https://b2blead.app for company research, AI account validation, and Lead CRM. For privacy requests, email support@b2blead.app.

Depending on how you use the product, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, password hash (or Google sign-in identifiers), plan and usage limits.
• Product data you create or import: search parameters, saved companies and contacts, CRM records, templates, activity logs, and workspace settings you provide.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, and basic analytics events.
• Billing or upgrade data when you request or activate a paid plan (payment processors handle card details when checkout is live; we do not store full card numbers).

Lead and company information you search or save may include publicly available business data (websites, phones, emails, LinkedIn URLs). You are responsible for using that data lawfully.

• Provide and improve the Service (search, enrichment, CRM, support).
• Authenticate you, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
• Communicate about the Service (security notices, product updates, support replies).
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

We process personal data in line with applicable privacy standards, including GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply, and we respect CCPA/CPRA consumer rights for California residents when those laws apply. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your CRM credentials to send marketing on our behalf.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — security, product improvement, analytics that help us run the Service, and preventing abuse (balanced against your rights).
• Consent — only where we separately ask for it (for example product emails you opt into). Essential and product cookies are on by default; we do not use a cookie accept banner.
• Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information by law.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure and auth providers (e.g. hosting, databases, Firebase Auth) under contracts.
• Enrichment or AI providers that power optional features you use.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Optional connected services you configure (for example mail or voice providers) run under your credentials and instructions. We do not operate as your marketing agent.

We keep account and product data while your account is active. When you submit an account-deletion request in Settings, your account enters a 48-hour cancellation window. If you do not cancel by signing in again within those 48 hours, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted when that window ends. After permanent deletion, the data cannot be recovered. We do not keep deleted accounts for later reactivation.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, session cookies). No method is 100% secure; protect your password and connected-service credentials.

We may process data in the EU, UK, US, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).

You can manage your account in Settings, including requesting account deletion. After you submit a deletion request, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted 48 hours later, unless you cancel by signing in again before that time. Permanent deletion is final.

For questions about your account data, contact support@b2blead.app. Deletion requests are handled through the in-product deletion flow described above, not by informal email promises outside that process.

The Service is for business users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
