Upload a CSV that matches B2BLead, then work those leads in Lead CRM

How to import B2B contacts into B2BLead Lead CRM: download the CSV template, required columns, status fields, and how imports fill the same store as Lead Search.

Why a template matters

Random CSV exports break on import: wrong headers, missing company names, or status labels that mean nothing in your pipeline. B2BLead ships a downloadable template with the exact columns Lead CRM expects — including example rows you can replace.

Open Lead CRM → CSV template, fill your data in Excel/Sheets, then Import CSV. New people appear in Table and Pipeline views immediately.

Required and optional columns

Minimum to import a row:

  • full_name — person name
  • company — employer / account name
  • Optional: job_title, website, email, phone, linkedin_url, company_linkedin_url, industry, location
  • Optional CRM fields: crm_status, crm_notes, crm_follow_up_at

What happens in your account

Imports write into the same prospect store as Lead Search. That means you can enrich, check employment, and manage follow-up without re-finding the company. Existing people with the same name at the same company are updated instead of duplicated.

Export from Lead CRM anytime to back up or hand a list to a teammate. Company seats share workspace data according to your org — see Company packs: shared seats and credits.

After import: pipeline and send

Set statuses, notes, and follow-up dates on each contact. Lead CRM pipeline for B2B teams explains each stage in plain language.
