Company lists are not enough
Industry search gives you accounts. Outbound still needs a person: who owns budget, who signs, who replies. Deep Search is the B2BLead step that looks for decision-makers at companies you already selected — by title and seniority — then lets you enrich contacts with credits.
Use it after Lead Search has a shortlist, not as a random people dump. Quality of the company set drives quality of the people set.
What you get vs what costs credits
People search itself returns names, titles, and LinkedIn when available — emails and mobiles need enrich (credits), with soft monthly caps per plan so costs stay predictable. Free phone format checks on companies are separate from paid mobile reveals.
See Pricing for Starter, Pro, Growth, and Team/Company seat soft caps. B2B contact enrichment with credits explains the credit model.
Save → Lead CRM → send
Saved people land in Lead CRM with status New. Enrich, check if they still work there, set notes, then send from your SMTP inbox. Mark Contacted when a campaign goes out so your pipeline reflects reality.
Import B2B leads CSV into CRM covers lists you already own; Deep Search covers net-new people on accounts you found inside B2BLead.
When Deep Search is available
Deep Search requires the provider to be configured on the server and a paid plan for full usage. If it is not configured, Lead Search still supports Serper/free people paths where enabled — the CRM and send workflow stay the same.
