Connect the phones you already use — get AI summaries and call KPIs
Sales teams already pay for Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, Dialpad, Twilio, Retell, or Vapi. Connecting those APIs lets B2BLead turn transcripts into AI summaries, follow-up suggestions, and activity KPIs without becoming your phone company.

The phone stack most teams already have
Most B2B teams do not need a new carrier. They already have a cloud phone or an AI voice workspace: Aircall or JustCall for reps, CloudTalk for international numbers, Dialpad when they want native transcription, Twilio when they buy EU or global DIDs, Retell or Vapi when they run AI outbound agents.
The gap is not minutes. It is what happens after the call. Transcripts sit in the phone product. CRM notes are typed from memory. Managers cannot see connect rates, outcomes, and suggested follow-ups next to the account that was researched last week.
What “connect your phones” should mean
A useful integration is bring-your-own-provider. You paste API credentials from the account you already pay for. Completed calls (or AI agent sessions) send a webhook. B2BLead stores the transcript against the lead, writes an AI summary, suggests a next step, and logs activity KPIs — connect, no-answer, meeting, not a fit.
You keep billing, caller ID, and recording consent on the provider side. That is the same pattern as SMTP: your mailbox, your rules, our workspace.
- Retell and Vapi — AI voice agents, transcripts, post-call analysis
- Twilio — numbers in many EU and global markets, then linked to voice
- Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, Dialpad — human sales phones with APIs and webhooks
AI summary is the KPI layer, not a gimmick
A transcript is raw. A summary that a manager can scan is the product: what was offered, what the prospect said, whether there is a next meeting, and what email should go out. That is how call data becomes pipeline instead of audio files nobody replays.
Dialpad-class tools already summarise inside the phone app. The reason to pipe the same events into B2BLead is the account context: the company was found in Lead Search, scored against your product, and now the call sits on that CRM row with the rest of the history.
How to set this up in B2BLead
Use a paid or company workspace with voice enabled. In Settings, add the provider API key and the webhook URL we give you. For EU local caller ID on AI agents, buy the number on Twilio (or your carrier), import it into Retell or Vapi, then dial from Voice outreach. Human teams keep calling in Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, or Dialpad — we ingest completed calls.
You remain responsible for provider terms and recording laws. B2BLead does not resell minutes and does not place calls from a shared number pool.
